Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Champion a culture of outstanding guest service and hospitality; address customer feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally; ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for all guests; monitor service flow and step in to support during peak hours.
• Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff; set clear expectations for service standards and performance; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition; foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures; ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels; maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage labor and food costs; analyze sales, customer trends, and performance metrics; implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention; handle cash management and reporting responsibilities.
• Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards; collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency; conduct regular checks on service, food presentation, and cleanliness.
