Responsibilities Include
- Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies, and tactics as defined by IHOP SOP and the current operations plan.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with restaurant employees and franchisee organization.
- Managing the restaurant floor, focusing on guest contact.
- Handling guest complaints professionally and timely, ensuring complaint frequency remains acceptable.
- Ensuring compliance with SOP in employee recruitment, training, operations, food safety, sanitation, and security.
- Performing supervisory duties such as recruitment, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution.
- Completing reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintaining personnel files with employment and legal documents.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to speak, read English, interpret safety and operational documents, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel, MS Word are a plus.
