Job description

Responsibilities Include
  1. Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies, and tactics as defined by IHOP SOP and the current operations plan.
  2. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with restaurant employees and franchisee organization.
  3. Managing the restaurant floor, focusing on guest contact.
  4. Handling guest complaints professionally and timely, ensuring complaint frequency remains acceptable.
  5. Ensuring compliance with SOP in employee recruitment, training, operations, food safety, sanitation, and security.
  6. Performing supervisory duties such as recruitment, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution.
  7. Completing reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
  8. Maintaining personnel files with employment and legal documents.
  9. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
