We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who is equal parts leader, collaborator, visionary, and hospitality enthusiast. What You’ll Do:
Lead from the heart – Inspire and guide both FOH and BOH teams with compassion, clarity, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Own the guest experience – Ensure every meal, drink, and interaction feels unforgettable and authentically Edson Hill.
Drive results – Oversee restaurant operations to meet or exceed financial goals, manage labor costs, and maintain budget discipline without compromising quality.
Collaborate with creativity – Partner with our Chef and Senior Management to craft a cohesive, seasonal culinary vision and beverage program.
Set the standard – Uphold exceptional hygiene, safety, and service standards while coaching staff toward personal and professional growth.
Stay hands-on – From curating the wine list to jumping in during service, you’re not above any role—and your team respects you for it.
Celebrate learning – Lead nightly pre-shift meetings, ongoing training, and mentorship opportunities to continuously sharpen our team’s skills.
Oversee events & breakfast – Be at the helm of our beautiful weddings and private events, and ensure our breakfast service is as remarkable as dinner.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in restaurant leadership within a high-touch, service-driven environment
Financial acumen and confidence managing food and labor costs, P&Ls, and budgeting
A discerning eye for detail and deep commitment to quality
Kindness, patience, humor, and the ability to remain cool in the heat of service
Strong organizational skills and a systems-driven approach to operations
Deep respect for hospitality as a team sport—and a genuine love for the people behind the scenes
