The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B outlet's operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and excellent service. The role involves marketing, staff management, budget adherence, and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to guests, staff, and management courteously and attentively.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and supervise staff.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints.
  • Coordinate loss prevention activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports such as wage progress, payroll, revenue, and staff schedules.
  • Monitor service quality and assist in menu planning.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Implement SOPs and requisition procedures.
  • Be visible on the floor during service and assist staff.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
  • Participate in hiring processes.
  • Report tips accurately and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Hold staff accountable and recognize performance.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Knowledge of F&B preparation, health regulations, and liquor laws.
  • Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • Physical ability to exert force up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Previous payroll experience preferred.
