Role Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead our team, support seamless service, and develop crew members. You will oversee front-of-house operations, partner with the kitchen, and ensure quality service and product delivery. You will join a stable company with over 30 years of success in developing operators, with comprehensive training in finance, quality assurance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
  • Oversee all areas during business hours, ensuring standards are met.
  • Handle financial operations, including safe management, invoice coding, and vendor communication.
  • Manage human resources, including scheduling, coaching, and hiring.
  • Forecast inventory needs and ensure product quality.
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Recognize and coach crew members.
  • Make labor decisions and participate in interviews.
Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 21 years old
  • Two years of managerial experience
  • College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good tenure in previous roles
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach up to 6 feet
  • Ability to navigate small spaces
