Restaurant Manager

Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

About Us

A revolutionized dining, drinking, and entertainment establishment across from Delta Center in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex features a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub, and a cocktail lounge with bowling.

Open seven days a week, the restaurant serves American bar and grill food favorites along with eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the front of house, including planning, training, and organizing staff and restaurant activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all guests receive professional service in a welcoming environment.
  • Handle pressure and stress professionally.
  • Ensure food and drinks meet restaurant standards.
  • Work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as per Employee Handbook.
  • Make employee-related decisions consistent with company policies.
  • Control cash and receipts according to accounting guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
  • Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate effectively, and support team members.
  • Communicate product needs to the General Manager.
  • Embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement.
  • Report equipment or furniture damage immediately.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Repetitive motion tasks may be required.
  • Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials possible.
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
