Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring immediately for a Restaurant Manager in Salt Lake City. The role requires 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience and a solid understanding of operations and financials.

You will manage shifts, scheduling, and guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and team development while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling in a high-volume setting.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly.
• Maintain standards for food quality and cleanliness.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team through coaching.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth service.
