We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team, as The Old Spaghetti Factory has been growing for 56 years. Our success is driven by our committed staff, loyal guests, delicious meals, and inviting atmosphere.

Salary: Depends on experience and education. Once training is complete, you will receive a 2% raise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service
2. Cost Control (Food, Bar, Labor, etc.)
3. Staff supervision before, during, and after service
4. Training, teaching, and coaching standards
5. Shift planning and staffing management
6. Compliance with labor laws
7. Opening and closing the restaurant
8. Team motivation, marketing initiatives, scheduling, inventory management
9. Administrative duties such as interviewing, orientation, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
