Pay

$48,000 - $75,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you have experience as a Restaurant Manager with a passion for guest satisfaction and kitchen operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage hourly staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Assign work, set hours, and create weekly schedules for staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct formal Taste & Temps line tests.
  • Implement security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory checks.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
