The IHOP Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. Responsibilities include managing front and back of house operations with a focus on profitability and sales growth, while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Executing financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives as per IHOP SOP and operations plan.
  2. Developing professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization.
  3. Managing the restaurant floor, engaging with guests, and handling complaints professionally.
  4. Ensuring compliance with SOP in recruitment, training, food safety, sanitation, and security.
  5. Supervisory duties such as hiring, training, performance appraisal, and resolving employee issues.
  6. Completing reports and maintaining personnel files accurately.
  7. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements:
