The Hilton Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the operations team in overseeing and leading our restaurant outlets and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Thrive in a high-volume environment with a passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
  2. Possess solid beverage knowledge, including wines, cocktails, beers, and spirits.
  3. Have previous experience in a union environment with a positive approach to hospitality leadership.
The preferred candidate will:
  1. Have experience in a multi-outlet operation.
  2. Have experience in a high-volume, beverage-driven setting.

This is a full-time position requiring full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $54,000

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing operations related to guest service standards, product quality, cost control, profitability, marketing initiatives, and budgeting.
  • Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Assessing product quality, service, and satisfaction trends to implement improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Implementing marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
