Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in Queen Creek, AZ to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to drive results and elevate the guest experience.

You will develop and lead hourly team members, recruit, coach, and coach staff, and partner with the management team to ensure high-quality, timely service while managing costs and labor in a fast-paced, entertaining environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team and create memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development.
