Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Port Charlotte is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach a dynamic team to deliver guest-focused service.

You will report to the General Manager, drive the Gold Standard in hospitality, manage staffing, and help achieve business goals with a competitive, high-character approach.

STEAK N SHAKE MANAGER DESCRIPTION:

The Manager reports directly to the General Manager. They assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the restaurant, directing the employees, ensuring guest satisfaction and thereby demonstrating the Gold Standard in service.
