Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. They will ensure all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations, while maintaining service and safety standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program at high standards.
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of Member/Guest food and beverage experience.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Possess knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the Club.
  • Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests promptly.
  • Manage opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, including closing procedures as applicable.
  • Participate in staff meetings, daily line-ups, weekly training, and special sessions when required.
  • Assist in implementing training programs for service personnel.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related Food & Beverage roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR are preferred.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Experience with Service STAR Training and Alcohol Management.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheets, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for an indoor club environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
