Responsibilities
  • Manage food and beverage departments to maintain standards and maximize profits.
  • Ensure quality of food and guest service aligns with brand standards.
  • Achieve revenue targets, control costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs and assist with menu design.
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and inventory controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Schedule staff, provide support and development opportunities.
  • Participate in management teams and establish service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Serve Safe Certification required.
  • Minimum five years in food and beverage, with at least two in management.
  • Culinary experience is a plus.
Additional Details
  • Supervisory responsibilities include all food and beverage staff.
  • Physical demands include customer service, lifting, and moving items.
  • Must complete all required training and follow legal guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills in English required.
