Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations at our Novi, MI location. You will manage 30+ colleagues, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure culinary and service standards are consistently met while supervising financial performance and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
