Doubletree Newark Penn Station is searching for an experienced, passionate, Restaurant Manager with a proven track record that demonstrates passion and ability to drive the team to meet culinary goals. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the restaurant kitchen/culinary department and operation. Responsibilities include the overall food preparation/service, for the restaurant and in-room dining, and providing the optimal service possible while operation within predetermined budgetary limitations. Responsible for menu planning and management responsibilities; cost control and maintenance of food cost; training and managing kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities.
