We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Dunkin in JFK International Airport, Terminal 4. What You’ll Do
  • Manage all Front of House activities, supervise team performance, and provide feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure quality standards for drinks and food, recipe adherence, and compliance with safety specifications.
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team, set daily goals, and maintain guest service standards.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, health, and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee merchandising, display standards, and inventory management.
  • Handle office management tasks including funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, monitoring performance, and analyzing reports.
  • Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or coffee shop setting.
  • Experience in full-service restaurant management, bar management, or culinary background is highly desirable.
  • Relevant food safety certifications such as Food Handlers’ Card.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts.
