Little Ruby’s Café, one of NYC’s most beloved Australian-inspired restaurants, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house (FOH) operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is dedicated to warm hospitality, team development, and consistent service execution.

From scheduling and staffing to training, compliance, and guest satisfaction, you’ll help keep Little Ruby’s running at the highest level.
