Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
  2. Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
  3. Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
  4. Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
  5. Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
  • Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Food handler certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
