Church and Union Nashville is seeking a restaurant manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining. They should be passionate about food and hospitality, service-oriented, and possess a good understanding of financials such as cost of goods sold and profit and loss. The candidate should be able to work well in our company culture of "There Is Only We" and promote a fun, positive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee operations in collaboration with our GM
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus
3. Ensure staff productivity and professional development
4. Assist with recruitment and training
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Manage shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction
7. Monitor and maintain business reviews

Requirements include:

1. 1-3 years of upscale or fine dining management experience
