6. Assist in performing administrative duties.
7. Experience with POS, accounting, financial, and inventory systems.
8. Lead by example and be a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our hospitality culture.
9. Promote events and assist in marketing.
10. Understanding of sanitation, safety, and related regulations.
11. Communicate company changes and focus to the team.
12. College degree or coursework in hospitality or management preferred.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional appearance.
14. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
