Restaurant Manager – Casual Dining Restaurant

Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an upscale private club and resort-style community. The ideal candidate has a strong background in casual dining, fine dining, country clubs, or luxury resorts, with excellent leadership and guest service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Casual dining, private club, or resort experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform standard restaurant management duties.
