Job summary

Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Naperville seeks a Restaurant Manager to create the ultimate dining experience for guests and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, hiring/training staff, upholding food safety and service standards, and managing costs and inventories. Requirements: 2+ years in dining-room management, certifications, strong communication, and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager in a table-service restaurant.
• Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification.
• Current Alcohol Training certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work with diverse staff, vendors, and guests.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages & beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel 35–45 days for management training.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and various shifts.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be 21 years or older.
