Join to apply for the Restaurant Manager role at IHOP

The IHOP Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. The primary responsibilities include managing front and back of house operations with a focus on profitability and sales growth while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Executing financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives as per IHOP SOP and current operations plan.
  2. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with staff and franchisee organization.
  3. Managing the restaurant floor, engaging with guests, and handling complaints professionally.
  4. Ensuring compliance with SOP in recruitment, training, food safety, sanitation, and security.
  5. Supervisory duties: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  6. Completing reports accurately and maintaining personnel files.
  7. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to speak, read, and interpret English documents; effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, MS Word) are a plus.
