Job summary

Piatt Hotel Group seeks a Restaurant Manager for Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area/Beaver Valley. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, schedule shifts and handle guest inquiries while maintaining quality and profitability.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in food and beverage with supervisory experience, plus knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area/Beaver Valley is currently searching for a Restaurant Manager. Jacksons Restaurant + Bar is a neighborhood restaurant that features fresh, seasonal and locally sourced foods and an extensive wine and craft cocktail list.

As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Your role involves managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your aim is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while creating a positive dining experience for guests. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for excelling in this role.
