Job summary

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley in Monaca is looking for a part-time server to join their team.This position will work a combination of lunch and dinner shifts, with a schedule that may vary based on business needs. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed is required.

The Servers have a range of duties focused on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Their key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, having a good understanding of the menu, serving food and beverages promptly, checking in with customers for satisfaction, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with kitchen staff, addressing customer complaints professionally, recommending additional items, understanding responsible alcohol service, working effectively with other staff, maintaining a positive attitude, adhering to health and safety standards, and handling reservations. Overall, the Servers play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
