Job summary

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, operated by Piatt Hotel Group, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Beaver County location near the Hilton Garden Inn.

You will lead staff, manage scheduling, handle guest inquiries, and maintain health and safety standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Trustworthy and results-driven.
• May include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff, including scheduling shifts and performance coaching.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain control of cost of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Contribute to profitability through effective team leadership and service excellence.

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area/Beaver Valley is currently searching for a Restaurant Manager. Jacksons Restaurant + Bar is a neighborhood restaurant that features fresh, seasonal and locally sourced foods and an extensive wine and craft cocktail list.

As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Your role involves managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your aim is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while creating a positive dining experience for guests. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for excelling in this role.
