The role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• People-first leader who loves building strong teams.
• Knowledge of food & beverage (bonus if you know wine and cocktails!).
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling systems preferred.
