Job summary

Dunkin in Milford, MA is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the Dunkin brand to deliver great guest experiences.

You will hire, train and develop team members, maintain a guest-first culture, ensure shifts are staffed, and uphold safety and brand standards while supporting production, marketing, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest service environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team
• Hire, train and develop employees, communicating job expectations and providing feedback
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
