Calhoun's Restaurant is seeking a Manager to join their team!

A Manager is a leader who plays a vital role in supporting and making decisions for our restaurants. This individual should be organized and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Establish Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
  2. Respond to Guest complaints and resolve them to ensure the Guest's return and satisfaction.
  3. Assist the Management Team with recruiting, training, and developing FOH/BOH staff committed to high hospitality standards.
  4. Help execute plans to improve the guest experience and increase loyalty.
  5. Support the achievement of budgets, goals, and objectives.
  6. Participate in community involvement and marketing initiatives.
  7. Ensure profitability by managing costs related to food, labor, utilities, and small-wares without compromising quality and service.
  8. Promote safety awareness and address hazards promptly.
  9. Complete all daily restaurant paperwork accurately and timely, including payroll, purchase orders, and bank deposits.
Requirements
  1. 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual, or Fine Dining.
  2. Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Effective leadership in training and developing teams.
