Located in the Monterey Bay Area, Salt Wood features an oyster bar and a central live-fire open kitchen, allowing diners to watch chefs transform locally-sourced produce, fish, and meats into wood-grilled delicacies. The restaurant features three distinct areas for dining: a full-service dining room, a lively bar, and an outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails and local wines in our laid-back, coastal-chic environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Marina, CA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training employees, opening and closing the establishment, and maintaining inventory. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor financial transactions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
