Opportunity: Restaurant Manager

Oversee management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

Food and Beverage Manager – Food and Beverage Director

Your Focus
  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
  • Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and staff.
  • Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments to address service or quality issues.
  • Check equipment functionality and follow up on maintenance work orders.
  • Manage inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supplies.
  • Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding alcohol service and cash handling, ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Participate in marketing, create menu ideas, survey competitors, report food trends, and assist with specials.
  • Follow sustainability practices aligned with HHM’s EarthView program.
  • Practice safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Background and Skills
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3-6 years of restaurant experience required.
Work Environment and Context
  • Work schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and shifts.
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
