Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking to join the management team in a dynamic hospitality environment. A structured 8-week training program will launch your leadership role across dining room and kitchen, followed by key responsibilities in staff development, inventory control, and operational excellence.

You'll engage guests to elevate service experiences, collaborate with the management team, and contribute to the restaurant's ongoing success.

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: $100,000-$110,000based on experience.
• Performance-based pay, with many General Managers earning over $200K annually.
