Reports to: General Manager | Location: Restaurant

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Compensation Range: $23.50-$25.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE: Driven by our values and an understanding of our culture, the Restaurant Manager's primary responsibility is to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations. This is achieved through effective shift management, team development, and partnership with leadership.

Key partnerships include the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Manager, overseeing planning, training, and development to meet objectives in finance, safety, quality, and culture. The role involves collaboration with Kitchen Managers, Restaurant Managers, Catering Office, and Support Center Teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership and Service: Lead through service, support the team, demonstrate integrity, and uphold company values.
• Team and Guest Focus: Maintain a guest and team-centric approach, showing respect and loyalty each shift.
• Partnership and Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve goals.
• Training and Standards: Coach teams, ensure adherence to policies, and implement service standards.
• Circle of Service Mastery: Maintain all service points through delegation and communication.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests, build relationships, and ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Catering and Compliance: Understand catering services and coordinate events; comply with legal standards.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Oversee restaurant cleanliness and enforce safety policies.
• Food Quality: Ensure food is prepared and served according to standards.
• Financial Objectives: Support achievement of sales, food cost, labor cost, and expenses; address deviations promptly.
• Meetings and Scheduling: Attend meetings, assist with scheduling, and participate in management discussions.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Compensation: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
