Job Description: Cafe Manager

Reports to: Senior Manager - Retail Operations

This role contributes to the success of Caffe Luxxe by leading the bar team, setting an example for excellent service, and managing staff to achieve financial, operational, and organizational goals for a specific location.

The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing overall operations, ensuring product quality, customer service, and cafe cleanliness meet Caffe Luxxe standards. The role requires balancing time on and off the bar to be effective.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Management

• Model Caffe Luxxe values and exemplify excellent service.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to team members for growth and adherence to company values.
• Foster team development and maintain a broader perspective.
• Remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Conduct formal annual reviews with team members.
• Participate in the Caffe Luxxe mentor program.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws and health codes.

Financial Management

• Understand and manage the profit and loss of the location.
• Manage revenue and costs to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate to set and surpass sales targets.
• Analyze business trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Operations Management

• Ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Develop systems for organized and smooth operations.
• Oversee logistics and inventory management.
• Maintain equipment regularly.
