Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary hospitality to internal and external guests
• Understand and execute nightly financial reporting
• Exceed SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
• Foster a positive work environment
• Maintain healthy relationships with resort leadership
• Schedule line-level staff to established pars
• Hold a current SNHD Manager Card
• Hold a current TAM card
• Manage waste control and limit breakage

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurants
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office), POS systems, and technology
• Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
• Vast product knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
• Performs all other duties as assigned
