Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary hospitality to internal and external guests
- Understand and execute nightly financial reporting
- Exceed SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
- Foster a positive work environment
- Maintain healthy relationships with resort leadership
- Schedule line-level staff to established pars
- Hold a current SNHD Manager Card
- Hold a current TAM card
- Manage waste control and limit breakage
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurants
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office), POS systems, and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
- Vast product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Performs all other duties as assigned
