Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of FOH restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Experience in developing and coaching the team
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Strong understanding of scheduling, labor, food safety, cost controls, and restaurant operations

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills

• Experience in casual dining, sports bar, or other high-volume restaurant concepts
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence and ability to support the kitchen when needed
