Corner16 is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for one of their Knoxville locations!

A Manager is a leader who plays an important role in the support and decision-making for our restaurants. This individual is organized and displays excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Establishes Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
  2. Respond to Guest complaints and resolve them in a way that ensures the Guest will return again quickly and leaves happy.
  3. Assist the Management Team with recruiting, retaining, training, and developing FOH/BOH staff dedicated to delivering high-level Hospitality.
  4. Assist Management in executing plans to improve Guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty.
  5. Assist in achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
  6. Support community involvement programs and marketing initiatives.
  7. Help ensure profitability by operating within cost guidelines without compromising quality or service.
  8. Control expenses such as utilities and small-wares to minimize costs without affecting operations.
  9. Manage safety by being alert and proactive about hazards.
  10. Ensure all daily paperwork (daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, etc.) is completed accurately and timely.
Requirements
  1. 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
  2. Strong leadership with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for Hospitality.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and develop teams.
