The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated food-service leader to deliver a guest-first experience while building a high-performing team in Kittery, ME. You’ll lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, maintain brand standards, and manage labor, food costs, and safety/compliance to drive store performance.

Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential. The role requires 1+ year of food service management experience, ServSafe preferred, and the ability to thrive in
