The Salema Group seeks an energetic, guest-focused leader to manage a Dunkin’ location and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, control labor and costs, and coach on-floor performance to drive growth and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Guest Experience to ensure a guest-first culture with speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Drive operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Own the business by managing labor, food cost, and operating expenses and analyzing sales trends.
