You will coach a team, manage scheduling and costs, and play a hands-on role on the floor in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards. The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$60,000 per year based on experience, plus a monthly bonus opportunity.

4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kissimmee, FL!

We're looking for a hands‑on leader with experience managing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. The ideal candidate knows how to lead a team, deliver a great guest experience, manage the day‑to‑day business, and jump in wherever needed.
