Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team, uphold brand standards, and drive store performance in Massachusetts. You’ll balance people, operations, and culture to create a welcoming place for both employees and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude with a passion for people.
• Ability to create a positive work culture where team members feel supported.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
