Service Manager Responsibilities

At Mexican Sugar, our Service Managers are dedicated to creating a luxurious Latin American environment for our team members and guests. Their goal is to cultivate a team and atmosphere that ensures every guest has a memorable experience and keeps them coming back. They strive for perfection by preparing beforehand and executing with determination and drive, knowing that the guest experience is only as good as their team’s experience. Our Expectations

• Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high‑volume, full‑service environment.
• Must have a passion for hospitality.
• Results‑driven, trustworthy, and team‑oriented.
• Food Manager certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of high‑volume sales and high‑end restaurant experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is an added advantage.
