At Mexican Sugar, our Service Managers are dedicated to creating a luxurious Latin American environment for our Team Members and Guests. The ideal Service Manager should have 2-3 years of high-volume sales and high-end restaurant experience and being bilingual in Spanish/English is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures

• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
• Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards
• Ability to fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
• Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and related operations

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high-volume, full-service environment
• Must have a passion for hospitality
• Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
