Job summary

Ruth’s Chris is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations, supervising Front and Back-of-House teams to ensure guests experience our renowned hospitality. You will train and mentor staff, drive guest satisfaction, and participate in community opportunities.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/hospitality, strong communication, and completion of the corporate training program. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and mentor hourly team members.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
