Job summary

Ruth's Chris in Biloxi, MS seeks a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations, overseeing both Front and Back-of-House teams and ensuring guests experience genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in restaurant/hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to developing team members through training and mentorship, with availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Drive sales and Guest delight.

• Manage performance of Team Members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
