Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Newtown Square, PA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations, supervising front and back-of-house teams, and delivering the genuine hospitality our guests expect. You will drive sales, mentor hourly team members, conduct performance evaluations, train staff, and help recruit talent.

A high school diploma or GED and one year of hospitality experience are required; corporate training completion is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and mentor hourly team members.
• Completion of corporate training program required.

Responsibilities
