Ruth’s Chris in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations, oversee Front and Back-of-House teams, and uphold the renowned hospitality. The role focuses on driving sales, guest delight, and developing team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

• Minimum of hospitality/restaurant experience required.

The Restaurant Manager is directly accountable for the supervision, organization, and daily operation of the Front and Back-of House Teams and is responsible for ensuring our Guests experience the genuine hospitality we have been delivering for decades.
