Job summary

Goode Company seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations at our Memorial Houston location. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding hospitality, supervise service, and collaborate with kitchen and Home Office partners to drive guest satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, staff development, managing labor and costs, ensuring food safety standards, and representing Goode Company in the community. Bilingual not required but a plus.
